Lauren Brown is a National Edward R. Murrow Award winning journalist. Former Host and Producer for the We Live Here podcast based out of St. Louis Public Radio and PRX. In her current role she is a podcast producer at Audacy Inc.’s WBBM Newsradio Chicago . She won a 2021 Edward R. Murrow Award for her documentary Black at Mizzou: Confronting Race on Campus with American Public Media. She prides herself on providing a platform for the community to have a voice and tell their stories through their lens in an authentic way.
